By using our services and website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. By booking our services, you accept these T&C.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services provided by Diana Ispas.

Contract Formation

A contract between the customer and Diana Ispas is established upon confirmation of the booking by Diana Ispas. Bookings can be made by phone, email or via our website.

Services and Prices

Services: Diana Ispas provides city tours and thematic tours of Vienna. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion

Prices: All prices are quoted in Euros and include the statutory VAT. Prices are subject to change and errors are not excepted.

Payment Terms

Payment: Payment must be made in full 3 days prior to service time unless otherwise specified. We accept money transfer.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to two days before the tour date incur no cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for later cancellations.

Conduct and Behavior

Customers must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten the tour without refund.

Customers agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while participating in our tours. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to others.

Liability and Warranty

Liability: Diana Ispas is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Warranty: Should any problems occur during the tour, the customer is obliged to notify the tour guide immediately so that corrective measures can be taken.

Changes and Cancellations by Diana Ispas

Diana Ispas reserves the right to modify or cancel tours at short notice due to important reasons (e.g., weather conditions, illness of the guide). In such cases, a replacement guide, a replacement date will be offered or the full fee will be refunded.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vienna/Austria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna Austria.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
